If multiple students are having issues logging in to ZapSplat, it’s likely due to one or more people incorrectly entering a username or password 3 or more times which will trigger our security system to block the IP address of the school or facility for up to 24 hours. This means anyone trying to access ZapSplat from this location will be locked out.
In this case please contact us. We will need to speak to an authorised staff member from your facility before adding your IP address to our whitelist.
